Riyadh Public Transport Control Centre (RPTCC) is located in the King Khalid International Airport area in Riyadh, KSA and was designed for the government officials working at the Riyadh Public Transport Department.

The building is representing the vision of the Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA), for erecting structures that leverage advanced technologies and material, are efficient in use of natural resources such as light, energy and water, and are economically and proficiently maintained.

ICS Arabia provided Integrated Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services. We implemented state- of-the-art engineering solutions to create energy efficient building infrastructure that minimizes use of natural resources, maximize use of space, and yet maintain a high level of comfort among the occupants.
