The PIF Tower (previously known CMA Tower) is the jaw dropping, 80-storey tall, high-performance tower located in the heart of the KAFD. The tower is currently the tallest building in the Kingdom, and it hosts PIF and other prestigious offices.

The project provides approximately 185,000 m² of gross floor area above ground level, comprising corporate and commercial office space, a state-of-the art 450 seat auditorium, dining areas, and a fitness center and pool at 54 level. The building is designed for energy efficiency, features intelligent infrastructure and is expected to achieve LEED Gold certification.

ICS Arabia was contracted for extensive MEP and ELV Engineering and Installation works for the top 10 floors. We were responsible for structured infrastructure cabling, LV and LC Cabling, and containment, conduits and cable-runs installations.
