Hyperscaler Data Halls

The primary capacity drivers supporting 850 racks per module with power densities up to 25kW/rack. Each hall features N+1 redundant power (13.8kV supply), hot aisle containment, and AI-driven cooling, maintaining 26.5°C cold aisles. The modular design allows expansion to 3,000 racks per site without service interruption.

Immersive Cooling Building

KSA’s first dielectric fluid cooling facility, reducing energy use by 45%. The 15 Dual Tanks support 100kW/rack densities with 34.6°C supply temperatures. The system includes redundant pumps and a 10-minute battery backup for high-availability AI workloads.

Administration Building

The operational nerve center houses a 24/7 Enterprise Operations Center with a 126m Barco video wall, 120 workspaces, and dedicated SOC/NOC facilities. The LEED Gold-certified design incorporates ergonomic workstations and executive briefing rooms for mission-critical monitoring.
